Being the 6th tallest skyscraper in Chicago, this high-rise offers 735 luxury residential units, 77 exclusive condominiums, underground parking, office spaces, and retail. The building is 2.1M SF with 77-story and 50-story towers. 

Gurtz Electric delivered comprehensive electrical systems, integrating power, lighting, and technology systems throughout the project.
