As part of a team with Electric Plus, Gurtz provided the management, engineering, estimating, and field supervision to complete all of the electrical distribution and branch construction work on the two new Purdue Student Housing Projects: an eight story, 201,815 SF dormitory building at Meredith South and a six story, 148,302 SF dormitory building at Third Street North.
