Pfizer’s Kalamazoo MAP facility project involves the addition of a new 500,000 sq. ft. building to the campus. Mod-1 (225,000 sq. ft.) includes BIM coordination, full electrical buildout (excluding process control and BAS), fire alarm and security systems, structured cabling with fiber backbone, and vendor cabling assistance. Mod-2 (225,000 sq. ft.) includes core electrical construction for the shell, fire alarm and security systems integrated with Mod-1, and a communication network established in a new IDF room.
Pfizer’s MAP Facility is a 420,000 SF, Life Sciences manufactruing facility that includes space for the installation of independent aseptic processing modules with the ability for future expansions.
