Performed the ground up electrical construction package for this project, including Normal and EM power distribution, fire alarm, lighting and lighting controls. This spanned across 8 floors consisting of 140 residential units, parking garage, lobby, and amenity areas. We also subcontracted the low voltage, security, and AV scope.
