Gurtz Electric provided a comprehensive range of electrical systems for Burnham Pointe, a 52-story residential high-rise featuring 600 units. Our work included the installation of electrical distribution, vertical bus duct, generators, branch power, lighting and lighting controls, fire alarms, structured cabling, lighting protection, and audio visual systems. The buildings also consists of an attached public parking facility, a pool, amenities, event spaces, and business administrative rooms.
