Mallory Gurtz

Chief Operating Officer

Mallory has worked in the electrical industry for 7 years. She has served as an Assistant Project Manager, a Project Manager and Chief Operating Officer.

As COO, Mallory’s responsibilities include overseeing HR and Safety, IT and Information Services departments. She works closely with the Purchasing and Prefab departments. She develops office policies and streamlines internal procedures including implementing procedures for Document Control and Project Reporting.

Mallory is a member of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) Young Professionals Committee, a member of the Boy Scouts Construction Industry Executive Committee and has obtained her Supervisory Electricians license.

She hopes to continue to improve Gurtz Electric’s internal operating procedures to help the success of the company by promoting a culture that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork through well-organized leadership. Mallory is currently working to implement an App based reporting system for Project Managers and estimators.
